Digital Products & Downloads: Once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, digital products (e.g., e-books, software, templates) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • If the refund does not appear within 10 days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

✔️ Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to reflect.

6. Order Cancellations
